How do I book my free consultation with you?

Use my contact form or send me a message via WhatsApp, phone or email and I’ll respond within 24 hours. We will organise a time and date for the consultation, held either via Zoom or in The Lodge. Before the first one-to-one session, I’ll ask you to sign a consent form and fill out a lifestyle questionnaire.

What happens in the free consultation?

We’ll identify your goals to start building your bespoke plan, and discuss any injuries or issues I should be aware of. This is when we discuss if you want to lose body fat, tone up, gain strength, improve endurance or have a different goal in mind.

How do I book my next follow-up session?

We can set a date when we’re in the consultation; feel free to book the next singular session or block book for a day and time that suits you.

Where do your personal training / group fitness training sessions take place?

Sessions can take place at The Lodge, or at an outdoor space - or I can come to your home, if preferred (prices may vary at home due to travel)

I’m not based near you, how can you help?

Don’t worry - with my online consultation service, we can manage your health and fitness plan via Zoom, with regular check-ins.

Can I train if I answer Yes to any of the questions on the medical screening form?

Yes, as long as you have a GP referral letter and sign the relevant forms.
