Welcome to mvlifefit - a qualified personal trainer based in Pontypool (Torfaen), South Wales. Explore how I work with clients to deliver tailored personal training sessions that are friendly, varied, motivating and centred around your goals.
One-to-one personal training
I work with you to produce a tailored fitness programme, working on a one-to-one basis in my private studio, The Lodge. If commercial gyms aren’t for you, I offer a private, friendly, welcoming setting where you can feel comfortable and get one to one attention.
Your health & fitness plan will include an initial consultation, programme design, nutritional guidance and ongoing lifestyle coaching.
What’s included
Health & fitness consultation
This is where I get to know YOU. During the FREE health & fitness consultation my aim is to gain a better insight into your current lifestyle, health condition, dietary habits, exercise history, likes and dislikes and finally your goals.
Programme design
Once we have completed the consultation, I will create a well-balanced programme that is designed around your goals, lifestyle & personal training sessions you have committed too. Your programme will consist of personal training sessions that are varied, results focused, motivating and most of all enjoyable. Remember, my goal is for everyone to leave The Lodge in a positive mindset.
Nutritional guidance
Nutrition can play a huge part of the process when it comes to weight management especially and I encourage my clients to have a 100% honest approach when we work together as I’m here to ensure you achieve your goals. Part of this process is educating my clients on the correct energy balance with tips & techniques on how to maintain within your specific daily or weekly calorie intake.
Ongoing lifestyle coaching & accountability
Health & fitness is a lifestyle change BUT we must be realistic and take into consideration external factors that influence behaviours. We’ll continually work together so we are accountable to one another and look at sustainable goals that fit around your busy lifestyle.

Book your free consultation
Get in touch via the website, WhatsApp, phone or email to book your free consultation, either via Zoom or in The Lodge. Before the session, I’ll ask you to sign a consent form and fill out a lifestyle questionnaire - this helps me to tailor your fitness plan.

Plan your goals & health objectives
We’ll discuss what your goals are and tailor an enjoyable, realistic plan that works around you and your lifestyle. We’ll build a program based on your lifestyle, goals which will involve nutritional advice and 1-2-1 sessions that are fun, varied and results focused.

Start your sustainable health & workout plan
This is where the program commences - your goals have been established and now the work starts, whether it’s 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. Your plan can be easily continued even after our sessions end!
