One-to-one personal training

One-to-one personal training sessions are designed for those who need that extra motivation or generally prefer to exercise in a friendly, enjoyable and private facility. My one-to-one services can be undertaken at your home, outdoors or within my new private fitness facility, The Lodge.

Online consultations & fitness programmes

Involves a FREE online consultation and one off payment to discuss your goals, lifestyle and create a fitness programme for you to follow in the facilities of your choice or at home. Weekly or fortnightly check ins are required to monitor progression and I always find my clients are more motivated when they are accountable to a trainer.

Small group personal training

Small group fitness training has been designed for friends or family members who find extra motivation by exercising together, setting similar goals and sharing the costs of a personal trainer. My group fitness training can be undertaken at your home, outdoors or within my new private fitness facility, The Lodge.

Book your free consultation

Get in touch via the website, WhatsApp, phone or email to book your free consultation, either via Zoom or in The Lodge. Before the session, I’ll ask you to sign a consent form and fill out a lifestyle questionnaire - this helps me to tailor your fitness plan.

Plan your goals & health objectives

We’ll discuss what your goals are and tailor an enjoyable, realistic plan that works around you and your lifestyle. We’ll build a program based on your life and goals that can involve nutritional advice.

Start your sustainable health & workout plan

This is where the program commences - your goals have been established and now the work starts, whether it’s 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. Your plan can be easily continued even after our sessions end!
