Online consultations & fitness plans
Welcome to mvlifefit - a qualified personal trainer based in Pontypool, South Wales. Explore how I work with clients and create fitness programmes that are tailored to your goals outside of The Lodge.
We start with an initial free 45-1hr consultation online, via Zoom or Teams, with a health and fitness and medical screening.
In your lifestyle questionnaire (filled out prior to the consultation) we’ll go through any injuries or issues and look at your goals and lifestyle - where you train, how you train, and what you want.
I then create your bespoke online program for a number of weeks, depending on your goals, including weekly check-ins. Expect an update to your personal programme approx every 8-10 weeks, to keep things interesting!
What’s included
Initial consultation
This is where I get to know YOU. During the FREE health & fitness consultation my aim is to gain a better insight into your current lifestyle, health condition, dietary habits, exercise history, likes and dislikes and finally your goals.
Programme design
Once we have completed the consultation, I will create a well-balanced programme that is designed around your goals and lifestyle. This can include a mix of home and gym-based sessions that are varied, results focused, motivating and most of all enjoyable. I will also work with you on nutrition and ensure you have the correct energy balance inline with your goals.
Fortnightly check-ins
We’ll work together to keep your goals in mind, with a check-in every 2 weeks to make sure you’re staying on track. You can use these times to ask me any questions or share your progress so far! Technique is key especially with resistance training so advice or coaching tips will be on hand during these check ins.
Programme review
After approximately 8 weeks, we’ll review your fitness programme and see how you’re finding it. This is an opportunity to switch it up and add in new exercises, look at progression or address any new nutritional requirements.
As part of your online consultation & fitness plan, I also offer ad-hoc check-ins - so you can stay accountable and on track with your goals.

Book your free consultation
Get in touch via the website, WhatsApp, phone or email to book your free consultation, either via Zoom or in The Lodge. Before the session, I’ll ask you to sign a consent form and fill out a lifestyle questionnaire - this helps me to tailor your fitness plan.

Plan your goals & health objectives
We’ll discuss what your goals are and tailor an enjoyable, realistic plan that works around you and your lifestyle. We’ll build a program based on your life and goals that can involve nutritional advice.

Create a sustainable health & workout plan
This is where the program commences - your goals have been established and now the work starts, whether it’s 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. Your plan can be easily continued even after our sessions end!
Pricing
Initial consultation
This can take place on Zoom or over the phone. We discuss your lifestyle and goals in order to tailor your bespoke fitness plan.
FREE
8 week programme
This starts with your consultation and includes your bespoke fitness plan, 2 months of fortnightly check-ins and a final ‘fitness plan review’ at the end, so you can continue your fitness journey.
