I work closely with my clients to create a lifestyle change - this is how we do it.
STEP 1
The change
Ready to make your lifestyle change? Let’s start with a free consultation and a taster session in my private studio - get comfortable, get to know me and my friendly, welcoming space. We will discuss what your goals are and tailor an enjoyable, realistic plan that works around you and your lifestyle.
STEP 2
The climb
This is where the program commences - your short, medium and long-term goals have been established and the work begins! Whether it’s 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week, this is where you look at your lifestyle and work hard to make a difference.
STEP 3
Keep going & dig deep
You may have achieved your goal - so don’t lose motivation! We’ll reset and revaluate your program, and do another one-to-one review assessment. We’ll refresh your plan, adding variety into your medium and long-term goals.
STEP 4
Reach the peak or start a new adventure
Everything you’ll learn with me is ideal training you can take into commercial gyms if you want to. And you can still dip in and out, and get a new program created for you to refocus goals so you’ve got someone to be accountable for. It’s all focused on creating a better outlook on a healthy, sustainable lifestyle change.
